Not playing football is giving me a chance to spend some quality time with my family.

I find myself working out every day which is more than I ever have worked out before.

With all this free time during the lockout, I hope all of the players are taking advantage of the opportunity of being able to train where they want to train as well as handling things that they normally couldn't do around this time because of OTAs and mini camps.

The players are organizing some dates where we can get together to practice until the lockout is over. Hopefully these unsupervised practices will be as effective as having a mini-camp practice. We are professionals so I expect that they will be.

Congrats to Villanova on another successful pro day. The guys worked hard and their numbers were really good. Hopefully they can all get a shot to make it to camp.
