Wednesday, February 1st, I will be traveling to Greenland, Honduras, and El Salvador to visit our troops in the military.

Supporting the troops is something that I am very interested in because of my family background. My brother supports what I do everyday, and I am excited to be able to show him that I support him too.

What the troops do for this country is unbelievable. As an athlete, you would think that what we do is hard. Being in the military is putting your life on the line to support and defend this great country.

Giving back to the troops is something that I have wanted to do for quite some time now. I will be spending time in three different places along with two other players in the NFL. 

I will let you know how the trip went when I get back. Other than that, I am just training and getting ready now for the 2012 season.
