With the lockout ending then starting back up the next day I find myself still working out on my own.
I wish the owners and players could agree to something to at least let us be able to be at the facility and workout with our teammates.
Football shape and summer conditioning is two different types of running. Now is the time where all the players should be getting stronger and trying to recover from the injuries suffered during the season.
But for now, you can catch me working out at home or in the gym.
I never realized how hard it is to workout by myself but I guess I have to do what I need to do to stay in the league.
